With a strong background in life sciences and health technology, she brings over 15 years of expertise spanning clinical trials, decision support systems, and skin research, with a focus on developing cutting-edge solutions in biologic therapies and skin care. Dr. Portugal earned her Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, School of Pharmacy.
